I have been enamored with homes and decor since I was a small child. My mom had one decorating book and I would spend hours with that book going over every detail of the pictures. I drew floor plans and especially loved when my mom would visit her friends and I could walk around their house to see what they had done decor wise.

When I did have the opportunity to study Interior Decorating, I felt something was missing. I wasn’t wanting to just measure for drapes and order pretty furniture.
My studies led me to looking at decor in a more holistic fashion. Before it became popular, I was journaling and researching the more spiritual and psychological effects that our homes and its contents have on us.

I began a Home Decor business which then led me to creating decorative items and abstract art. Since I have studied metaphysics for so many years, I discovered that I could do intuitive home energy readings for others. This practice never became a professional practice, but with it I learned and became comfortable with looking at the colors, elements and energy that a person was missing or needed in their home to help them manifest their goals.

My approach takes into consideration one’s zodiac sign along with many other personal aspects.

In setting up this site, I wanted to showcase and feature beautiful art, furnishings and accessories, but again, I wanted it to be through a holistic approach.
To make it easier, I chose to have 12 categories according to the zodiac signs. The featured items would be in the color and ‘energy’ of that month’s sign.

While I completely understand and agree that one’s sun sign alone is not all that should be used in deciding on your decor, setting up the categories gives me a guideline and allows me to then go deeper and take a look at a variety of decor options.
